We wanted to release to you the exciting transition that we have been going through here at ‘Scotland Ablaze’.
As many of you know who have followed us on facebook and via the website and come to events that we have hosted over the years, we have been on a journey of discovery going beyond the ‘known’ and embracing the unknown path of mystery and revelation. We have seen many wonderful things over these years and come into an amazing understanding of who we really are as Sons/Daughters of God. We have had some mind blowing revelation of the gospel message and been taken into a deeper revelation of Yeshua/Jesus and who He is and what He has done for us. We have discovered treasures beyond our wildest imaginings and there are so many more to be found!! We have made some wonderful new friends who have instantly become family and its as though we have known you all of our lives.
Our ‘Wildfire’ gatherings in Glasgow have been increasingly full of awe and wonder, and we are beginning to hear of healing in bodies and emotions, many having encounters and been taken into a deeper revelation of God and His Kingdom. We have been very blessed to have people travel from England and Germany to attend because they are feeling that God is about to do something so amazing in this nation and they want to be a part of it all. How blessed are we all to be a part of this incredible journey at this time!!
For over a year now we have been taken through many encounters with Holy Spirit regarding a 2nd phase of our journey. Early 2016 I (Lorna) had a dream where we were given a new name to do with DOVES and then later on that year in September we were in the Isle of Skye and we had a prophetic word from Justin Abraham that we would no longer be called ‘Scotland Ablaze’ but we would be known as ‘The Dove Company’. At first we felt this was more about how we functioned than an actual name change but as we have journeyed through this year it has become apparent that we were to change the name of our ‘ministry’… I use the word ‘ministry’ lightly because I believe we are so much more than that. All of us! We are so much more than a ‘ministry’ we are Sons (Daughters) of God who are here on this earth for such a time as this.
We have had a connectedness with some of those who have gone on to be in the great cloud of witnesses and have been influenced in how they functioned whilst on earth. One of them has been Columba! He was also known as DOVE. He walked in places we know not of (unknown paths) Also the ladies of the Golden Candlestick have been ones who we have thought to be ‘otherworldly’ in their walk with Holy Spirit and their influence in world events.
One excerpt from the books written about them is taken from Volume One the chapter “Out of the Earthly” Ladies of Gold: The Remarkable Ministry of the Golden Candlestick” by James Maloney
“Then, as suddenly as I was taken up, I was set down again upon the earth! “There is a path which no bird knoweth,” the Spirit said. “You shall be given the wings of a dove, and shall fly away and be at rest.” I saw that hitherto I had been an “eagle-saint,” a prayer wait-er and warrior. I was now to be changed into a “dove-saint.” (The doves typifying the company who shall ascend and descend and finally be translated.) The following Scriptures were illuminated to me: “Oh, that I had wings like a dove! for then would I fly away and be at rest.” (Psalm 55: 6) “Though ye have lien among the pots, yet shall ye be as the wings of a dove covered with silver, and her feathers with yellow gold.” (Psalm 68: 13)”“O My dove, that art in the clefts of the rock, in the secret places of the stairs.” (Song of Solomon 2: 14) And again: “Who are these that fly as a cloud, and as the doves to their windows?” (Isaiah 60: 8)”I saw that the Dove was a symbol of Sonship, of purity and of sacrifice – as well as the Holy Spirit. I pondered these scriptures many days and the Lord caused me to see that the “Dove Company is the Bridal company- the “Son” company – the raptured and finally translated saints. I was shown that whereas I had previously glimpsed into the heavenly realms, I was now actually to be taken (by the spirit) into celestial realms. ………….”

So going forward we will now be known as ‘The Dove Company’ but not in name only but we pray that we will be counted as those who are in a company of Doves that are ascending and descending and going about our Fathers business and we hope that you will continue on this exciting journey with us as we all appear as Doves over the land!!

Love the new title. Have had dreams of doves. We recently moved to a street with the word Dove as the first word in a place called Dove Mountain. Mourning Doves visit me every day. Love to hear them coo. I started to imitate them. Now when they are not here I coo and they come to visit. Really been a blessing to me and the showing of God’s goodness even in the little things.
